Why can’t I fix my sleep hours? It’s been a month since I arrived and didn’t have any progress in improving my sleep time. I’ll eat Melatonin tablets for a week at 23:00 and wait for the results. I hope it helps.
By the way, I finally found a room. It’s not too near to the city center, but yet it’s not that much far. It’s just a 20 minutes walk away from St. Johanner Markt. I have to move in in the following days. Yet I have to buy a bed and a desk for that room. I think I can spend about €600 and buy a bed, a desk, a monitor, and a chair. Maybe, €200 for the bed, €100 for the desk, €100 for the chair, and €150 for the monitor.

You can use an app called “SleepTown” together with the Melatonin pills. It will help you put aside your phone so that it won’t keep you from falling asleep!
