I could follow the same routine for the last two days. I liked it. Doing the same thing in two consecutive days is not something I could do. 😀 I woke up at 0900, which again is not something I could do in two consecutive days, ate breakfast, went to the university, studied and participated in the classes until 2000, returned home, ate dinner and slept.
I liked it. I was productive and it looks like a sustainable way of living. Of course, sometimes I’ll have to buy things on my way back home, thus need to leave the university at ~1900. But it doesn’t matter. Let’s see if I can continue this in the next week or not.
P.S. Melatonin pills didn’t work. I really don’t know how I finally managed to sleep and wake up on time.
