With the help of ChatGPT, I devised a workout plan for my back muscles. I went to the gym two days ago and followed the plan for the first time. The results were amazing. After the workout, I was surprised when I saw the muscles on my back in the changing room’s mirror.
However, I went to the gym today just for some stretching. That’s because I was feeling a lot of pain in my lower back. No worries though, I didn’t injure myself. It was just the result of doing some back extensions.
Now, there are two things that bother me the most. First, how weak I’ve become. Second, how stiff I’ve become. I really have to stick to these exercises and add regular stretching to my routine. Just let’s see if I can do it or not.
Also, I noticed a new line between my ab muscles tonight. My abs are getting more and more defined, and that’s really exciting to me. I just can’t wait to have a six pack. =))
