I finished one round of my workout plan. From now on, there’ll be nothing new about it. I just have to train more and more to increase the weights/reps. I like it though. It feels good to follow it. It’s a 4-day plan, focusing on the hands/shoulders on the first day, the chest on the next day, the back on the third day, and the legs on the forth day. Each day consists of 6-7 moves except the forth day which includes ~12 moves. That’s a lot of exercises, but I had to make sure to train every muscle in my legs.
Also, with the help of my beloved ChatGPT, I conducted a stretch plan. Its exercises mostly aim at improving my posture and helping me doing splits. I followed it yesterday for the first time after my hands training. It’s really interesting to me. I can’t remember the last time I had focused on stretching and how relaxing and enjoyable in can be.
Will I be able to do splits in the near future? Or walk on my hands? Or do human flag? I always dreamed of doing these, but never achieved them. I hope this time I succeed. Let’s see!
