After a few months of swimming, I think I’m standing on a point where smoking is hindering my swimming. In an earlier post, I had noted that when I encounter this problem, I will decide between swimming and smoking. I have been smoking ~30 cigarettes per day since some months ago. Also, based on my past experience, I think it’s easy to reduce it to ~15 cigarettes per day. So, I’m gonna try to do this in the following days.
By the way, I swam 3 kilometers the day before yesterday. This is the longest distance I have ever swum in my entire life. (Note: It wasn’t a continuous swimming. I swam 1.3km in the morning and 1.7km in the night.) Congrats to me! 😀
